【摘要】 本文从小康社会结构、扩大中等收入阶层和增加居民财产性收入的相互关系入手,提出并分析了中等收入阶层比重低是导致小康社会结构不合理的主要因素,而增加居民财产性收入是扩大中等收入阶层的有效途径,因此增加居民财产性收入是我们构建小康社会结构的现实选择。同时,结合法经济学的核心价值观以及科学发展观的根本要求,提出并分析了在增加居民财产性收入的过程中应该注意自主、公平、效率原则,最后推导出自主、公平、效率相互之间以及与全面建设小康社会之间的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper start with the correlation of the little wealthy society structure,enlarging the middle earning estate and increasing the people’s property income,we find out the low proportion of the middle earning estate is a main cause of of the irrational less wealthy society,but increasing the people’s property income is a good approach of enlarging the middle earning estate.So, increasing the people’s property income is a realism choice of us to contributing the little wealthy society structure.And then,Combining with the core value view of The Economics of The Law, we find out and make an analysis of the course of increasing the people’s property income,we should pay more attention to the freedom,the equity and the efficiency principles.At last,we find out the relationship between the freedom,the equity,the efficiency and the building of the little wealthy society.更多还原
