立法效率的经济学分析

【摘要】 本文从经济学的角度观察了立法效率问题,采用经济学方法对立法活动的效率进行了较为系统地分析。首先分析了法律市场的供求状况,论述了供求不均衡的两种表现及其产生原因。其次运用成本效益分析法分别论述了立法的成本与效益,并分析了各自的影响因素。从而最终提出了提高立法效率的对策与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This text has observed the legislative efficiency question from the angle of economics,and analyzed the efficiency of the legislative activity comparatively systematically applying the economics method.At first,this text has analyzed the state of supply and demand of the legal market,and described two kinds of unbalanced state of supply and demand and its cause.Secondly,the text has described cost and benefit of legislating by the analytic approach of the cost-effect,and analyzed each influential factor.Thus it proposed the countermeasure and suggestion to improve legislative efficiency finally.更多还原
