【摘要】 本文从研究《公司法》的重要性出发,首先详细介绍了法学界关于《公司法》修缮问题的不同观点,分析了它们的内涵;但基于目前理论界、尤其是法学界对《公司法》的修缮还很难找出一个清晰的答案,我们认为在我国经济体制转型过程中、在社会主义市场经济体制已初步形成的背景下,从经济学的角度对《公司法》展开分析具有重大的意义,以经济学的方法和视角来分析《公司法》对于提高法律的效率不无裨益;最后,还提出了关于《公司法》的分析方法和研究内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis begins with the importance of the"Corporate Law"in the law field,then analyzes their connotation;However,it is difficult to find out a clear answer to the renovation of the"Corporate Law"in the theory field,espe- cially in the law field,we consider under the background of the economic mecha- nism transforming and the socialism market economy forming preliminarily,it is meaningful to analyze the"Corporate Law"with economics,and also it is useful to useful to use economic method to analyze the"Corporate Law"to improve the efficiency of the law.At last,the author put forward the analytic method and the research content of the"Corporate Law".更多还原
