涡激升力作用下高压输气管道断裂参量研究

【摘要】 利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件,建立了输气管道在内压和涡激升力同时作用下的力学模型。首先介绍了涡激升力的一种求解方法;然后考虑实际工况,在管道横截面上引入半椭圆表面裂纹,分析其动态响应规律;最后,基于虚拟裂纹闭合技术(VCCT)获得了含裂纹输气管道的应力强度因子,分析了应力强度因子随涡激升力及裂纹相对深度a/w的变化规律。研究方法和结论对于高压输气管道的安全运营和降低危险系数具有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 Based on the finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA,the mechanical model of gas pipeline under combined loads of internal pressure and vortex induced lift force was established in this paper.Firsdy,a solution method about vortex induced lift force was introduced.Secondly,considering the actual working conditions,semi-elliptical surface crack was applied on the cross section of the pipeline.And then,the vibration rule was gained.Finally, virtual crack closure technique(VCCT) was used to compute stress intensity factor of gas pipeline with initial crack.The varying regularity of stress intensity factor was studied as the law of change of vortex induced lift force and the relative depth a /w.These methods and results are of value to the safety operation and risk reduction.
