采用碳纤维布加固的钢筋混凝土梁断裂特性的试验研究

【摘要】 为了深入研究碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁的弯曲破坏问题,通过对5根碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁的试验,研究了碳纤维布对加固梁的抗弯承载力的影响和作用效果。同时对碳纤维布的粘贴层数、预裂与否和混凝土保护层厚度的影响进行试验研究。试验结果表明,碳纤维布能够明显提高钢筋混凝土梁的抗弯刚度和承载力能力,加固效果明显,碳纤维布粘贴层数越多,加固后梁的承载力越大,但承载力的提高程度并不与加固粘贴层数成正比。预裂加固后梁的抗弯承载力和延性有所降低。混凝土保护层厚度越大,加固后梁的抗弯承载力降低,但延性越强。
【Abstract】 In order to further study the flexural performances of Reinforced Concrete(RC) beams strengthened with external bonded carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) sheets,five simply supported beams strengthened with CFRP sheets to the tensile face of the beam were tested.The main experimental parameters include the layers of CFRP sheets,precracked or not to beam and the concrete cover thickness.The experimental results indicated that CFRP could increase the flexural strength and improve the ductility of test beams.And the flexural resistance and the ductility increase greatly with the layers of CFRP sheets,but not proportional to the CFRP layers.Precracked in advance may result in a little decrease in flexural strength and the ductility.Increasing the concrete cover thickness would reduce the flexural capacity,but improve the deformability of RC beams.
