预处理-UASB-接触氧化工艺处理S-诱抗素生产废水
Treatment of S-Abscisic Acid Wastewater by Pretreatment-UASB-Contact Oxidation Technolgy

【摘要】 S-诱抗素生产过程中产生的废水CODCr浓度高、舍难降解大分子物质、冲击负荷高、可生化性差,采用预处理-两级UASB-接触氧化法组合工艺处理取得了良好的效果。工程实践表明,废水中CODCr、NH3-N的去除率分别达99.9%、99.6%.出水可稳定达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级排放标准.处理效果良好。
【Abstract】 The wastewater discharged from the S-Abscisic acid production contains high concentrations of CODCr and harddegradation macromolecules.The shock load of the wastewater was high,so it had low biodegradability.Using pretreatment- two stage UASB-contact oxidation combined process achieved good results.Engineering practice showed that the removal rate of CODCr and NH3-N were 99.9%and 99.6%respectively.The effluent water quality can meet the Class A of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB8978-1996).The process has good treatment effect.
