【摘要】 突发性大气污染事故对社会、经济和人民财产安全构成了巨大威胁。以GIS为基础平台,通过区域基础地理信息、大气环境质量监测信息、潜在风险源信息、气象在线监测信息、中尺度数值预报系统、大气污染预报系统、事故风险评估系统的构建,形成突发性大气污染预警系统,能够对大气环境污染事故快速反应,进行大气污染的模拟和预测,在最短时间内提交污染范围、程度、危害性,为各地实际大气污染事故提供应急决策提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The emergency air pollution early warning system was set up by GIS as the background platform.The system consists of basic geographical information,air environment monitoring information,risk pollution resource information,meteorological monitoring system,middle scale data forecast system,air pollution forecast system,risk assessment system.It can be used to forecast air pollution for accident of the specify area.The pollution area,degree and damage caused by the air accident will be put forward timely,correctly and effectively to provide scientific basis for the needs of emergency.更多还原
