串联四极杆质谱(GC-QqQ-MS/MS)测定土壤中的邻苯二甲酸酯与多环芳烃

【摘要】 建立了用微波萃取(MAE)-固相萃取(SPE)净化-气相色谱/串联四极杆质谱(GC-QqQ-MS/MS)多反应监测、同时测定土壤中16种多环芳烃和18种邻苯二甲酸酯的方法。通过优化前处理与分析条件,样品加标浓度在5μg/kg时的平均回收率在66.59~122.07%之间,相对标准偏差均小于20%,邻苯二甲酸酯的检出限在0.04μg/kg~0.84μg/kg之间,定量限在0.13μg/kg~2.81μg/kg之间;多环芳烃的检出限在0.01μg/kg~0.54μg/kg之间,定量限在0.02~1.81μg/kg之间,能够满足大量样品快速准确分析的需要。
【Abstract】 A new multiresidue method has been developed and validated for the simultaneous analysis of 34 compounds,including polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) and phthalic acid esters(PAEs),in soil at trace levels by gas chromatography coupled to triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC-QqQ-MS/MS).Microwave extraction(MAE) and Solid-phase extraction(SPE) was employed prior to GC-MS/MS analysis.Average recoveries of the 34 organic compounds spiked at 5μg/kg into soils were typically in the range of 66.59~122.07%with relative standard deviations generally less than 20%.Limits of detection(LODs) for PAEs were≤0.84μg/kg and limits of quantification(LOQs) ranged from 0.13 to 2.81μg/kg.LODs for PAHs were≤0.51μg/kg and LOQs ranged from 0.02 to 1.81μg/kg.
