不同发光菌对金属化合物的毒性效应及敏感度差异研究

【摘要】 利用发光菌毒性测试技术,首次研究了5种重金属化合物HgCl2、Pb(NO32、Cd(NO32、K2Cr2O7、NaAsO2对3种常见发光菌种青海湖菌Q67、明亮发光杆菌502、费氏弧菌的毒性效应差异。线性回归分析后计算EC50值,对比不同菌种对各金属化合物的敏感度差异及特点。5种重金属对青海湖菌Q67的毒性大小为HgCl2>Cd(NO32>NaAsO2>Pb(NO32>K2Cr2O7;明亮发光杆菌:HgCl2>NaAsO2>Pb(NO32>Cd(NO32>K2Cr2O7,费氏弧菌:HgCl2>Pb(NO32>Cd(NO32>NaAsO2>K2Cr2O7。这对利用发光菌毒性测试技术测定不同的废水污染时选择不同的菌种具有指导作用,在未知污染物的情况下应选用几种菌种同时检测以保证检测结果的可靠性。

【Abstract】 The inhibiting toxicity of the five heavy metal compounds HgCl2,Pb(NO32,Cd(NO32, K2Cr2O7 and NaAsO2 on the luminescence of three kinds of luminescent bacteria Vibrio Qinghai sp.-Q67,Photobacrterium Phosphoreum and Vibrio fischeri was investigated by use of the Microtox test.The EC50 of the five metals were measured based on linear regression analysis.The results showed that the toxic effect of heavy metal compounds on the three kinds of luminescent bacteria was different.The toxicity order among the five heavy metal compounds to Vibrio Qinghai sp.-Q67 was HgCl2>Cd(NO32>NaAsO2>Pb(NO32>K2Cr2O7.To Photobacrterium Phosphoreum the toxicity order was HgCl2>NaAsO2>Pb(NO32>Cd(NO32>K2Cr2O7,and to Vibrio fischeri were HgCl2>Pb(NO32>Cd(NO32>NaAsO2>K2Cr2O7.The research results were of important guidance to determine different waste water.The choose of different luminescent bacteria depended on the kind of wastewater by Microtox test.If unknown pollutants were presented in waste water,several kinds of luminescent bacteria should be chosen to ensure the reliability of results by Microtox test.
