【摘要】 公路建设是交通建设项目的主要内容之一,在环境影响评价中属于生态类建设项目,建设区域分别位于山区和平原地区的公路项目,其环评的重点有着很大的区别。甘孜州位于四川西部,属典型的山岭重丘区,其生态环境脆弱,生态资源丰富,生态地位明显。本文以甘孜藏区为例,从社会经济发展、生态环境、环境质量、人文特色等方面分析总结了位于生态脆弱地区的山区公路的主要特征和环境影响评价的重点问题,为开展同类型项目环评提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Road building was one of the primary coverages in transport project,whose environmental effect belongs to the ecological impact.There’s many differences in enviromental impact in building roads between those which located at the mountainous area and thoses which located in plain area Ganzi tibetan autonomous state located in west Sichuan.It was in the model hilly district which was vulnerible in ecological environment and wealthy in cological resources.Its ecology status was obvious important.Taking the Ganzi tibetan autonomous state as an example,the paper analysed and summarized the main aspects and key questions of buliding roads located at the ecology vulnerable hilly area,including socio-economic development,ecological environment,environment quality, humanities characteristic and so on,in order to offer certain reference value in the same type project.更多还原
