异径辊轧制过程综合参数对轧件头部翘曲的影响

【摘要】 采用异径辊轧制铝板,考察了轧件导入角一定时,随几何形状参数l/h变化,轧件头部翘曲方向和翘曲程度的变化规律,分析了产生原因。结果表明,受轧制过程综合参数的影响,轧件头部翘曲程度和翘曲方向会发生变化;传统上采用的"上压力"或"下压力"控制轧件头部翘曲方向的技术措施存在着局限性,轧件翘曲方向会出现与"上、下压力"设定的目标方向相反的结果。

【Abstract】 In this experiment,the lead plate is rolled by hetero diameter roll.With the change of geometric shape parameters,the change regularity about bending direction and bending level of front end of workpiece is researched when the guide angle is unchanging,and the reason is also analysed.The results show that the bending direction and bending level of front end of workpiece may change because of the effect of geometrical factor,.The traditional measurement that is using "upper pressure" or "under pressure" to control the bending direction is already undependable.The bending direction of workpiece is against with the certain direction when it is controlled by "upper pressure" or "under pressure".
