【摘要】 本研究以7B04合金为例,采用扫描电镜、能谱分析及共晶组织组成物中相分数计算相结合的办法,来计算确定共晶组织中非基体相的成分。结果证明,借助扫描电镜组织和能谱分析,并通过对共晶产物区域剪裁和图像分析方法,能精确计算超细共晶产物中非基体相的成分;7B04合金铸态非平衡凝固的共晶组织中所含的AlZnMgCu四元相具有较宽的成分范围,其原子比与共晶体组织的粗细程度有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The composition of non - matrix phase of eutecticum in 7B04 aluminum alloy was investigated through the ESA in SEM and the calculation of the proportion of two phases in eutecticum.The results indicated that the composition of non-matrix phase of eutecticum in 7B04 aluminum alloy can be determined exactly by means of the combination of the ESA in SEM and the calculation of the proportion of two phases in eutecticum by partly clipping of eutectic zone from microstructure photograph and then imagine analysis.It also shows that the composition of non-matrix AlZnMgCu phase in eutecticum of 7B04 aluminum alloy has a widely range and the ratio of atomic in the phase is related to the coarse or fine of eutectic microstructure.更多还原
