发展铝合金绿色熔炼技术的探讨

【摘要】 分析了现行铝合金熔炼中存在的环保问题,探讨了绿色熔炼途径,研究应用了新型炉底透气砖技术,讨论了绿色熔炼铝合金的机理、生产实践和经济分析,旨在推动铝合金绿色熔炼技术的发展。
【Abstract】 This paper is analyzed actually existed environmental problem in the Al & Al-alloy melting processes, discussed "green"(environmental) melting approaches,and studied application to new technology of purging bricks for the furnace bottom.Discussion of the mechanisms of Al & Al-alloy "green" melting,practice and financial analyses are to develop Al & Al-alloy green melting technology.
