火焰炉与电阻炉熔炼铝合金的利弊分析

【摘要】 从炉料的熔化速度,熔体的过热、吸氢和炉料氧化,熔炼时的热效率,熔炼操作的劳动环境,熔炼类型的实用性五方面阐述了火焰炉、电阻炉熔铝的利弊。
【Abstract】 Five aspects are analyzed about the advantage and disadvantage for fire hearth furnace and electric hearth furnace.That are the speed of melting,melt overheat、absorbting hydrogen and oxidation of the melt,heat efficiency on melting,labour environment, the practicality of difference melting type.
