半固态连续挤压扩展成形A2017合金型材工艺研究

【摘要】 利用ANSYS有限元软件对半固态连续挤压扩展成形过程的温度场和模具扩展腔内金属的流动规律进行模拟,根据模拟结果,进行了一系列A2017铝合金扁型材的半固态连续挤压扩展成形试验。结果表明:在合理的工艺控制以及模具设计条件下,可以实现稳定的A2017铝合金扁型材半固态连续挤压扩展成形,制品表面良好,内部组织为细小均匀的等轴晶,模拟计算结果与试验吻合。

【Abstract】 The temperature fields of the continuously extruding/extending forming process in semi - solid state and the metal flow behavior in the moulds were simulated through value simulation by using ANSYS program.Based on the simulation results,a series of experiments were carried out to produce A2017 alloy flat bar.Results show that the continuously extruding/extending forming for A2017 flat bar in semi-solid can be implemented only when the mould is designed rationally and the process is controlled properly. The surface of products is good and its microstructure is fine and homogeneous equiaxed grains.The simulation results are good agreement with experiment data.
