【摘要】 理工科学生是高校学生主体,提高其法律素养的一个重要途径即给予其有效的法律课教学。当前,我国高校理工科学生法律公选课的课程设置具有内容不合理,课时偏少的弊端,教学上则凸显方式陈旧、手段单一、班级规模过大、无合理考评机制等问题。科学设置法律公选课对理工科学生具有特殊意义,设置与教学必须考虑到理工科学生的特殊性。对于理工科学生法律公选课而言,在设置上,高校应上在加大投入的基础上合理配置有限资源,即主要针对优势理工学科的主体学生;在教学上,应控制教学班级规模并构建合理的考评机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Students of science and engineering are the principal parts of college students.An important approach to improve their attainments of law is to provide them efficient law lesson teaching.Currently,the curricula of public elective courses for the students of science and engineering are unreasonable and the lesson hours are not enough.Besides,problems such as the teaching methods are outmoded and one fold,classes are invariably in large size and there is no rational appraisal mechanism exists.Setting up public elective courses of law scientifically is of special meaning to students of science and engineering.And we should take the distinctiveness of students of science and engineering into consideration when setting up the courses and teaching.On the one hand,as to the setting of public elective courses of law for students of science and engineering,colleges and universities should allocate the limited resources reasonably on the basis of increasing input,especially for those who are in preponderant science and engineering colleges.On the other hand,the size of the class should be controlled and reasonable appraisal mechanism should be established.更多还原
