改进的DEA方法及大学生绩效评价研究

【摘要】 以DEA思想及其相关的线性规划模型为基础,文章首先扩展出类似于RCCR模型的线性规划模型。之后,以某学院02级毕业班学生前三年的学习、生活数据为样本,采取一些必要的技术处理手段,并将新模型应用于大学生绩效评价之中。结果显示,新模型在确定大学生绩效等级方面是可行的、有效的;学校应进一步加强对高年级大学生的管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on DEA and its related linear programming models,this paper puts forward a new model first.Then,using one class’ performance data of graduates in a college in 2002,and utilizing some proper measures,we assess efficiency of these graduates in the college.The outcomes show the new method is feasible and efficient,and the college should pay much more attention to administration of senior students in it.更多还原
