【摘要】本文从λ次幂误差的概念出发,提出一种基于广义IOWA算子的最优组合预测模型,并提出了优性组合预测、非劣性组合预测和劣性组合预测的概念,得出了简单平均组合预测至少是非劣性组合预测的结论,最后通过对我国卷烟消费需求进行组合预测说明了该组合预测方法的有效性和合理性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,a new combination forecasting model is proposed based on the concept of error of power ofλand the generalized induced ordered weighted averaging(GIOWA) operator.After concepts of superior combination forecasting, non-inferior combination forecasting and inferior combination forecasting being put forward,the conclusion can be reached that simple average combination forecasting is at least non-inferior.Finally,employment of this combination forecasting model to the tax revenue of China reveals its effectiveness and feasibility.更多还原
