风险社会背景下中国大陆健康传播研究的历史、现状与发展趋势

【摘要】 中国大陆健康传播研究已经有了20多年的历史,虽仍处在学科建制的探索阶段,但研究视角在不断发生转变。本文对1992-2011年20年间大陆健康传播研究文献进行内容分析,研究发现虽然传播学者缺席的局面得到改善,但学科交叉研究依然滞后;风险视野下的健康议题增多,突发公共卫生事件成为当前乃至今后健康传播研究的热点;研究视角正在向受众本位、危机预警、风险沟通、健康观念的培养等方向转换。此外,理论推动实践、科际整合、新媒体技术研究以及国际合作将成为大陆健康传播研究未来发展的趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Having developing for 20 years, health communication research in mainland China is constantly changing its research perspectives, although it is still at the exploring stage of subject establishment. After analyzing the content of the 20 years’ research literature from 1992 to 2011, the study finds that although the situation of communication scholars’ absence has been improved , interdisciplinary research still lags; health issues in risk perspective are also increasing and public health emergencies become hotspots in current and even future health communication research; research perspectives are converting to the direction of public standard, crisis warning, risk communication and training of health concepts. Besides, promotion of theory to practice, interdisciplinary research, new media technology research and international cooperation will be the future trends of health communication research in mainland China.更多还原
