我国16省市中学生预防艾滋病知识教育现状

【摘要】 目的了解中国中学生开展预防艾滋病教育的情况和效果,为进一步制定相关艾滋病预防教育提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法抽取中国16个省、直辖市、自治区初一至高三的在校中学生34599人进行问卷调查。结果 59.5%的中学生接受过学校艾滋病教育,31.8%参加过校外艾滋病活动,中学生接受过学校艾滋病教育的比例无性别差异,但男生参加校外艾滋病活动的比例显著高于女生;调查对象艾滋病知识平均得分为7.48±1.86,高中生得分高于初中生,城市学生得分高于乡村,艾滋病中等流行区域的中学生得分高于其他地区,成绩好的学生得分高于中等、差生,家庭经济水平中、上等的学生得分高于下等的学生;10个知识点中仅K5、K6的知晓率在85%以上,K4、K8、K9的知晓率在60%以下。结论我国中学预防艾滋病教育的覆盖率不足,教育内容需完善,效果需加强,尤其要加强农村地区学生和差等生的教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(HIV/AIDS) health education for students in middle schools in 16 provinces of China and to provide a basis for health education on AIDS among the students. Method Using multi‐stage stratified cluster sampling method, we investigate 34599 middle school students by anonymous questionnaire survey who come from 16 provinces of China. Results 59.5% of the respondents had received school AIDS education; 31.8% of them had received out‐of‐school AIDS education, different demographic characteristics of students had different proportion of education; The average score of HIV/AIDS knowledge is 7.48±1.86, The score of knowledge toward HIV /AIDS among students in senior school were better than junior school, students who lived in urban were better than rural, students who lived in AIDS medium endemic regions were better than other areas, good grades students were better than others, students who family economic level of fine were better than the inferior (p<0.05); Only awareness of the knowledge K5,K6 is more than 85%, awareness of the knowledge K4,K8,K9 is less than 60%. Conclusion There is a lower condition with the secondary school AIDS prevention education coverage in our country. HIV/AIDS health education should be strengthened, content need to be improved, especially for rural region and poor learning student .更多还原
