高校人才培养视角下的科普场馆教育人员专业能力

【摘要】 从长远来看,国家科普事业和科普产业对人才的需求很大。承担科普教育组织与设计工作的科普场馆教育人才,在这支专职队伍中发挥着关键的作用。然而,科普场馆教育人员的专业化发展道路,一直以来众说纷纭。本研究重点对国内科技馆系统中的科普教育人才需求现状开展调研,分析当前科技馆教育人员典型工作需求,并结合国内外高校人才培养模式的经验,探讨国内开展科普教育人才可行思路及培养模式。调查发现,目前科技馆科普教育工作与科普展览设计工作沟通与衔接不够,科普教育工作者的作用没有得到充分发挥。通过调查和分析,本课题提出了科普人员的五个基本能力素质方面(综合科学素养、基本科普创作能力、基本科普宣传能力、基本科普展览策划与设计能力、把握科普动态与科学发展的能力),构建了科普教育人才的知识体系和能力体系。本研究对科普场馆教育人员专业化培养和课程设置进行了初步的讨论。

【Abstract】 In the long term,there are big needs in the talent of science communication and popularization in China.As playing key roles,they are responsible for the design and management works in the science and technology museums.However,it has been controversial about the path of professional development of educators in science and technology museums.This study focus on the situation of science education in science and technology museums in China,including talent requirement and typical job requirements. We also investigate the experience of talents cultivation mode in colleges and universities at home and abroad.The survey finds that the importance of educator’s role has not been realized as the result of miss of the communication and cohesion between educators and designers.This paper proposes a competency model of science educators which has five fundamental areas for the educators,including integrated works of scientific literacy,basic science,basic science communication skills,basic science exhibition planning and design skills,the awareness of science trends and development.In this study,it also discuss the training mode and curriculum in higher education.
