MIEX-超滤一体化净水工艺的试验研究

【摘要】 考察了MIEX-超滤膜一体化净水工艺处理长江水的效果,结合超滤膜工艺直接处理长江水进行比较,探讨MIEX树脂预处理对有机物去除效果的影响及对膜污染的控制作用。结果表明,与原水直接超滤工艺相比,该工艺对耗氧量、DOC、UV254的去除率分别提高了40.70%、38.20%和43.90%。MIEX-超滤工艺对消毒副产物去除的优势更为明显,THMFP和HAAFP的去除率分别达62.54%和55.83%。由于MIEX预处理去除了原水中56.72%疏水性有机物,降低了超滤膜的截留负荷,延缓膜表面致密凝胶层的形成,减少膜孔堵塞,因此控制运行压力的增长速度,延长过滤时间。
【Abstract】 The pollutants removal in the treatment of Yangzi River by MIEX-ultrafiltration integrated purification was investigated and the results were compared with the process of direct ultrafiltration.The influence of MIEX pretreatment to removal the organics and reduce the fouling of ultrafiltration was analyzed.Results showed that the removal rate of CODmn,DOC,UV254 were raised 44.48%、38.89%and 43.90%with the pretreatment of MIEX compared with direct ultrafiltration The DPBs removal could be enhanced by the MIEX pretreatment process especially,and the removal rates of THMFP and HAAFP exceeded 62.54%and 55.83%.The MIEX process removed as large part as 56.72%of hydrophobic organics,which could effectively reduce the interception of organics by the membrane,delay the forming of dense gel layer and prevent the pore from blocking,thus controlled the increase of operation pressure,and prolonged the filtration cycle.
