原位Raman光谱技术应用于铁电陶瓷畴变与电疲劳研究

【摘要】 基于铁电陶瓷材料900畴变导致Raman光谱变化的原理,自行设计并搭建了铁电材料原位测试分析和数据采集系统,通过与Raman光谱仪的联用,利用特制的样品旋转装置,从实验上证实在外加电场作用下铁电材料中的900畴变使平均电畴的择优取向发生改变,从而导致Raman光谱强度的变化,利用铁电材料原位测试分析和数据采集系统,实现了外电场作用下或电疲劳作用下同时进行铁电陶瓷材料畴变的原位Raman观测及原位电滞回线的测试。结果表明原位Raman光谱技术可应用于铁电材料的电致畴变和电疲劳研究。

【Abstract】 In this paper,an experimental apparatuses for in-situ observation of 90°domain switching at micro scale and a testing system consisting of electric loading,hysteresis loop measurement as well as the data acquisition system for in-situ study of ferroelectric property under the applications of external electric fields and during the process of electric fatigue were designed and constructed.The analysis method was established based upon the principle of Raman spectroscopy.The 90°rotation experiment confirmed that 90°domain switching would change the average preferred orientation of domains in ferroelectric materials and ultimately lead to changes of the Raman intensity.Accordingly,the electric-induced 90°domain switching and electric fatigue behavior of ferroelectric materials could be simultaneously studied by in-situ Raman observation and by in-situ measurements of hysteresis loops using the testing system constructed and the technique developed.The variations in the intensity of Raman spectra and the changes of hysteresis loop in PLZT ferroelectric ceramics materials under the external electric fields or during the process of electric fatigue were correlated to 90°domain switching.It was demonstrated that 90°domain switching and electric fatigue behavior of ferroelectric ceramics can be probed by in-situ Raman spectroscopy.
