氯离子对固定纳米银颗粒SERS活性的影响

【摘要】 利用自装方法将纳米银颗粒固定在硅片上,将组装上银颗粒的硅片分别浸入INA和R6g水溶液,在溶液中存在Cl~-和不存在Cl~-两种情况下以相同的方法测量SERS光谱。结果发现在溶液中没有Cl~-的情况下INA分子具有良好的SERS谱,分析表明INA通过COO~-以锐角状态吸附在银颗粒表面。在加入Cl~-后,由于竞争吸附,INA分子脱附,SERS信号消失。R6g分子在银颗粒表面并无特异吸附,Cl~-的加入并没有影响其与银颗粒的作用状态,在加入Cl~-后SERS光谱没有发生显著变化。本文结果表明,对于不同的探针分子,Cl~-对银颗粒SERS活性的影响存在选择性。
【Abstract】 Silver nanopariticles were immobilized on silicon wafer through self-assembly and then immersed into isonicotinic acid(INA) and Rhodamine6g(R6g) aqueous solution.SERS spectra of INA and R6g on the prepared substrate were obtained under the condition of presence and absence of Cl~- in aqueous solution, respectively.SERS spectrum of INA with good signal to noise ratio was received without addition of Cl~- in solution and the analysis showed that INA adsorbed on the Ag surface by carboxyl group with an acute angle.INA was desorbed from the Ag surface due to the competitive adsorption of Cl~-,and therefore SERS of INA disappeared when Cl~- was added to solution.R6g didn’t adsorb on the Ag by special group and the interaction between R6g and Ag didn’t alter due to appearance of Cl~-.Consequently,the SERS spectra of R6g didn’t change significantly.The results indicated that effect of Cl~- on SERS-activity was varied for different probe molecules.
