不同采摘期杜仲雄花主要活性成分含量比较
Comparison the Content of main active Constituents in Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv Male Flower at Various Picking Periods

【摘要】 目的:建立杜仲雄花中京尼平苷酸(GPA)、绿原酸(CA)、京尼平苷(GP)、桃叶珊瑚苷(AU)的含量测定方法,考察不同采摘期杜仲雄花中几种成分含量的动态变化。方法:从雄花花蕾期开始,每隔两天采摘小叶杜仲雄花材料,采用反相高效液色谱法进行活性成分测定。结果:不同采摘期杜仲雄花中几种成分含量差异显著且呈现一定的规律性,京尼平苷酸含量随时间变化呈逐渐递增趋势;绿原酸、桃叶珊瑚苷含量则随时间变化逐渐降低,而京尼平苷含量甚微且变化不大。结论:综合几种成分的含量及总量变化规律,并结合产量因素,在进行杜仲雄花茶加工时,3月18日-3月26日为杜仲雄花适宜采收期;而在以收集杜仲花粉为目的时,则以3月26日-3月28日为宜。
【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this paper is constructing the content test methods and investigating the variations of GPA(Geniposidic acid)、CA(Chlorogenic acid)、GP(Geniposide)、AU(Aucubin) in Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv male flower at various picking periods.Methods Picking male flowers at the bug stage every other day,and using RP-HPLC method to test and analysis the content of active constituents.Results The research revealed that the differences among constituents content of male flower at different picking periods were significant and had a regular change;the content of GPA increased gradually over time, the content of CA and AU decreased gradually and the content of GP was low and changed little.Conclusion When comprehensively considering several factors,for example the yield,the content and regular change of active constituents of male flower,The optimal picking time of male flower was from March 18th to March 26th if you for the purpose of male flower tea produce;however,if you in order to collect male flower,the time from March 26th to March 28th is the best choice.
