绕丝筛管缝宽光电测试系统研制
Development of Opto-electronic Measuring System for Gaps in Wire Wrapped Screen

【摘要】 机械防砂是石油开采时主要的防砂手段,绕丝筛管是其中最重要的部件用来过滤进入油井的杂质,其缝隙宽度对防砂性能有重要的影响,传统的缝隙检测方法存在诸多缺陷。本文基于机器视觉技术,针对防砂筛管缝隙宽度检测中存在的问题,在设计测试系统和理论分析的基础上,构建了实验测试装置,从实验数据的对比可以证实该方法具有稳定性高、速度快、精度高的特点,有重要的应用和推广价值。
【Abstract】 Mechanical sand control is widely applied in production of oil.Wire wrapped screen is a key component,which filters out impurities from the fluid entering the well.The gaps between neighboring wires mainly determine the filtering ability.Traditional detecting methods have several limitations.A new measuring method will be provided here to solve the going issue as above mention. The experimental measuring system has been designed and constructed based on theory analysis.After the experimental data are compared with another measuring data from universal tool microscope,the conclusion can be obtained as the new method will have wide application in mechanical screen detection.It can be also extended to other area about slot detection,with the advantage of stability,high-speed and high accuracy
