面向车载试验应用的气压高度表系统设计与研究

【摘要】 本文设计实现了一套面向车载动态试验应用的气压高度表系统。该系统核心部分主要由空速管、气路、高精度传感器和PXI采集计算机等构成。本文对系统设计集成中涉及到的总体构型设计、气路设计、传感器选型、误差与标定方法、数据采集与存储等关键技术进行了深入的探讨和研究。测试实验数据结果表明,该气压高度表系统构型简洁、实用、可靠,能实时地测算出试验车辆的海拔高度和行驶速度信息,精度满足要求,数据处理速度快,适合车载动态试验环境的应用。
【Abstract】 A barometric altimeter system oriented in the application for vehicle test was designed and realized in this paper,and the main part of the system was composed of the pitot tube,the gas path,two high-precision sensors,one PXI acquisition computer and other devices.In this paper,the overall configuration and the gas path design,the sensor selection,the errors and calibration method, the data acquisition and storage and other key technologies related to the system design and integration were discussed and researched in detail.According to the actual experiment,the result indicates that the barometric altimeter system is simple,practical and reliable,and the altitude and speed information can be measured in real time.The system has a high data-processing speed and meets the accuracy requirement,therefore it is suitable for the vehicle dynamic test environment.
