精密喷涂机的工作平台设计
Design on the Work Platform of Precise Spraying Machine

【摘要】 陶瓷组件是CT机中的关键部件,其中钼片与陶瓷结合处的粘接效果是影响该组件质量的关键,为保证粘接剂喷涂的准确性,根据该组件特点,考虑各环节的精度,提出该陶瓷组件装夹工作台的设计方案,对影响精度的主要环节进行分析,从而满足实际工作要求。
【Abstract】 Ceramic subassembly are the key parts of CT machine.Whethe the splicing quality is right or not,that play an important role of the subassembly quality.According to the characteristics of the subassembly and each precision,we designed a working platform for ensuring the accuracy of the spray adhesive and analyzed the main accuracy of the working platform.
