【摘要】 本文从超外差式EMI接收机和频谱仪的原理和结构入手,在介绍常见的超外差式EMI接收机和频谱仪的主要技术指标的基础上,分析了这两类仪器校准方法的异同。作者从这两类仪器的使用目的对差异较大的校准参数进行分析,构建了相应的校准方法。这些方法是在大量实验的基础上完成的,对于EMI接收机特别重要的脉冲响应的校准,文中给出了具体的校准数据,结合数据分析了EMI接收机与频谱仪的最重要差别,并总结出Agilent公司的预选器N9039+PSA频谱仪方案是完全满足CISPR标准的全兼容接收机。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the principle and structure of the super-heterodyne EMI receiver and spectrum analyzer,this article introduces the main specifications of this two class instrument,then analyses their similarities and differences.The author designs the calibration method,which come from a great deal of measure results,aims at variant performance parameter of this two.The impulse response is the most important difference between the EMI receiver and the spectrum analyzer.Agilent’s new EMI system combine PSA series spectrum analyzer and N9039A preselector,This EMI system is a EMC full compliance test receiver as a result of enumerative test data.更多还原
