【摘要】 水产品产业链管理是农业供应链管理理论在渔业领域的具体应用,它是将水产业生产资料供应、水产品生产、加工、储运、销售等环节链接成一个有机整体,并对其中人、财、物、信息、技术等要素流动进行组织、协调与控制,以期获得水产品价值增殖的活动过程。产业链管理在棉花、蔬菜、家禽等农业生产方面多有应用,但在水产行业应用研究方面鲜有报道。水产品生产是由苗种、原料供应一直到成品养殖、加工和销售组成的完整的产业链。随着渔业经济发展和全球金融危机的出现,水产品发展面临的困难和问题越来越突出,其中最重要的是对于水产品产业链的研究还不够充分,导致出现短视行为,成为阻碍水产品可持续发展的一个重要问题。针对我国水产品产业链发展的局限性和制约性,有必要通过系统分析整个水产品产业链的结构和效率等影响因素,提升其自我管理功能,提高水产品产业化的发展水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aquatic product industry chain is the application of agro-product industry chain management.It considered the input in aquaculture,production,processing,logistic and marketing as an organic integration,and the industry chain management include the management on labor, material,financial,information and technology,in.order to acquire the value-adding in the chain. Industry chain management has been widely applied in agro-production,such as cotton,vegetable and poultry,but there were few reports in the fisheries.Aquatic product production includes the chain from seed,input material production to grow-out,processing and marketing.Along the developed with the fishery economy and the global financial crisis,there exits lots of difficulties and challenges in the aquatic production,the research on the industry chain management is not enough,it lead to short-sight on the development and thus hinder the sustainable development of fisheries.To lift-off the constraints and limits,there is a need to take strategy research on the structure and efficiency of the aquatic industry chain,promote its self-development,and its industrialization level.更多还原
