【摘要】 江苏省是我国的渔业大省,改革开放30年来渔业得到快速发展。30年间,渔业总产量年平均增长率为8.1%,渔业总产值位居江苏省农业总产值第二、全国农业总产值第五,位居全国渔业总产值第二。江苏渔业的快速发展与不断调整的渔业产业结构密切相关,因此,对江苏省渔业结构进行分析,可以为江苏省、其他渔业大省乃至全国的渔业发展起到很好的启示和借鉴作用。本文通过分析,发现江苏省渔业结构现状呈现4个特点:①以养为主,养捕结合;淡水为主,海水为辅;②以名特优新品种养殖发展为主,鱼类、贝类、藻类水产品稳步发展;③渔业加工业发展较为迅速,但深加工程度有待提高;④休闲渔业成为渔业经济新的增长点,但渔业二、三产业发展水平不高。江苏省渔业结构形成的原因是与不同阶段渔业结构政策的调整和渔业结构的变动密切相关的,具体发展阶段有:以捕捞为主,以养殖为主,以名特优新品种养殖为主,以健康生态养殖为主等。随着资源环境状况的恶化,消费结构的调整,目前的渔业结构是否仍有调整空间呢?本文给出了肯定答案,并为江苏省渔业发展方向提出了具体建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Jiangsu Province is one of the largest fishery provinces in China,fishery industry has developed rapidly in the past 30 years.During the past 30years,the average annual growth rate of total fishery output by 8.1%,fishery output value of agricultural output value ranked second in Jiangsu Province and the economic value of fishery ranked fifth and the total fishery output value ranked second in China.The rapid development of fishery in Jiangsu province is closely related to the structure of the fishing industry,so the analysis of fishery industry structure will able to give some suggestions for the development of the Jiangsu,other fishery provinces and China.According to the analysis of the status of fishery structure of Jiangsu province,we found that the structure has tour characteristics:(1)freshwater aquaculture is main development direction;(2) rapid development freshwater aquaculture for famous,special and high quality species;(3)in recent years,the fishery processing industry develops very fast,however,the level of deep processing is low;(4)recreational fisheries has become the new economic growth direction,but the level of development of the second industry and the third industry are still low.The reason of fishery structure formation is due to the fishery structural policies and the changes of the fishery structure in different development stages.With the constraints of resources and the changes of consumption structure,whether the current structure of the fishery industry still has room for the adjustment and then give suggestions for the future development of fishery industry in Jiangsu Province.更多还原
