新形式超浅埋盾构隧道衬砌内力计算分析研究

【摘要】 本文分析计算的新形式盾构法隧道由一台适用于超浅覆土施工的土压盾构沿设计轴线从道路一端自地面始发,在超浅覆土工况下掘进,逐渐过渡到常规覆土后,自地面接收。该种隧道埋深极浅甚至出现负覆土的情况,因此其受力变形的情况与一般盾构隧道不同,本文采用考虑接头细部构造的精细化数值模型对盾构隧道纵缝接头转动刚度进行确定,建立了考虑接头转动刚度非线性的壳一弹簧模型,对该种隧道内力变形进行分析,并将计算结果与目前设计采用的均质圆环法进行了对比,结果显示采用该计算模型可以更好地对地面出入式盾构法隧道衬砌内力变形进行分析。

【Abstract】 The shield tunnel analyzed in this paper is a tunnel constructed by a earth pressure balance shield which applies for shallow covering shield tunnel.The shield starts from the ground and drives under shallow covering condition along the design axis.After passing the conventional covering condition,the shield reaches the ground.This cover depth of this kind of tunnel is very low.Some linings ever expose above the earth during construction.So the internal force of this kind of tunnel is quite different from the normal ones.This paper use shell-spring method,which account of the no liner relationship of the bending stiffness.The relationships between joint bending moments,axial force and rotating angle are established by using fine FEM analysis.The result is compared with the result calculated by Homogeneous Ring Method.And the shell-spring method gets better result.
