中国古代雨水管理实践的现代启示

【摘要】 古人为了生活与生产,在与自然长期的相处中,积累了许多智慧和经验,来应对"老天"和暴虐的雨水,建造了许多优秀工程,不少至今仍然在发挥作用。这些古代或民间的"雨水管理"系统,经过上百年时间考验,其中蕴含的道理与当代"低影响开发"和"可持续排水"等新型雨水管理理念高度的吻合,发人深省。本文仅选取中国两个有代表性的实例,云南的"哈尼梯田"和江西赣州的"福寿沟",从二者的设计理念和构造特点,剖析古代人的智慧,有助于正确理解新型雨水管理理念并结合当代城乡背景和复杂的环境条件,总结值得当代人学习的思路和方法,将先进理念与现代的科学技术,传统措施与新型措施相结合,为中国城镇发展和新农村建设过程中妥善处理雨洪问题、保护环境提供启示,并为当代雨水管理政策制定、方案设计、工程实施提供有益的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hundreds of years ago,many outstanding projects were implemented by Chinese ancients to cope with the changeable climate and violent floods,some of which are still in use nowadays.These projects profited from the experience and wisdom accumulated in the long coexistence with the nature.It is impressive that the concepts contained in these primitive stormwater management practices used for hundreds of years are similar to modern stormwater managements,like low impact development(LID) and sustainable drainage systems(SUDS) etc.In this article,two representatives of ancient Chinese stormwater management practices are illustrated,one is Hani Terrace in Yunnan province,and the other is Fushou drainage of Ganzhou in Jiangxi.The wisdom of Chinese ancients is analyzed and summarized by introducing the design concepts and the characteristics of the system’ s structures that would be helpful for understanding the true concept of new stormwater management.The methods contained in these projects are also summarized by comparing with modern stormwate rmanagement ideas.Integrating traditional philosophy with modern technologies is very useful to build Chinese urban and rural stormwater management systems.更多还原
