两种玄武岩纤维增强混凝土对比研究

【摘要】 作为一种新型的混凝土增强材料,玄武岩纤维以其优异的性能已得到工程界越来越多的青睐。通过对比试验,研究两种玄武岩纤维对混凝土力学性能的的影响。结果表明,玄武岩纤维掺入后对混凝土的抗压强度无明显改善,但对劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度都有较大幅度的提高,而且要获得同样的增强效果,所需的玄武岩纤维短切纱较预浸玄武岩纤维少,即玄武岩纤维短切纱性价比较高,建议优先选用。
【Abstract】 As a new kind of concrete reinforced materials,basalt fiber becomes more and more popular in engineering because of its excellent performance.It studys the effect of two kinds of basalt fiber reinforced concrete on mechanical properties by comparing test.The results showed that,the compressive strength has no significant improvement when basalt fibers mixed in concrete,but the splitting tensile strength and flexural strength have greatly improved.If we want to achieve same reinforced effect,it needs less chopped basalt fiber than presoaked basalt fiber.That means chopped basalt fiber reinforce concrete cost less.So when chose basalt fiber for reinforcing concrete,the chopped basalt fiber should be considered firstly.
