刚性挡墙RBT模式下土台被动土压力试验

【摘要】 通过模型试验,采用风干砂土实测了绕墙底转动(RBT)位移模式下刚性挡墙土台被动土压力的大小,研究了土台土压力的分布规律以及土台宽度对土压力的影响.与Daly等提出的多层楔体试算法结果对比表明:土压力实测值接近于计算值,合力作用点高于计算值,在工程中按多层楔体试算法计算砂土台被动土压力是偏于安全的.
【Abstract】 The passive earth pressures of earth berms against rigid retaining wall in dry sand are measured in the model tests, in which the wall rotates about a point below the wall base (RBT). The distributions of earth pressure and the effects of the width of earth berms are researched. Comparison with the results of multiple Coulomb wedge method advanced by Daly et al shows that the measured values are close to the calculated values, and the points of resultant forces are higher than that of the later. So, it is on the conservative side to use the multiple Coulomb wedge method.
