复合地层盾构刀具磨损分析及优化配置技术

【摘要】 根据成都卵石地层的特性和盾构机的刀盘刀具配置设计,分析刀具的磨损情况。结合工程现场刀具配置耐磨试验,提出刀具配置的新思路,研究获得刀具优化配置的方案,达到了提高施工效率的目的。
【Abstract】 This paper discusses the design and disposition of shield cutter head for the cobble layer in Chengdu metro based on an analysis of the shield wear,the proposes some optimum technology for the disposition of shield cutter, which has been proved effective in shield tunneling.
