上海卢湾区55号地块开发与地铁车站及隧道共建的研究与实践

【摘要】 上海卢湾区55号地块的地铁车站、隧道与地块开发建筑共建工程是软土地区轨道交通结合城市商业地下空间开发的典型工程。工程地处滨海软土地区,结构复杂,且位于上海中心城区,给工程的设计实施带来了一系列的技术难题:基坑开挖的分区筹划,共建基坑开挖相互影响的预测和控制,深大基坑周边环境的保护措施,地铁铺轨节点的应急措施以及沉降耦合设计计算方法和工程控制措施等。在理论分析、数值计算、工程实践、现场量测等基础上,通过采用合理的工程措施和技术对策得到了成功的解决。上海卢湾区55号地块的地铁车站、隧道与地块开发建筑共建工程的成功实践,以及诸多新技术的应用与实测资料的积累,可为软土地基中结合轨道交通建设大力发展城市地下空间开发的区域综合工程提供工程借鉴和交流。
【Abstract】 The development of Land No.55 in Luwan District of Shanghai in conjunction with the construction of metro stations and tunnels therein is a typical joint-development project of the rail transit construction in soft-clay area in conjunction with the development of urban commercial underground space.With complicated structure,this project is located at the CBD district of Shanghai,where the geologic area is categorized as soft-clay area by the sea. The project design is confronted with a series of technical difficulties:the planning for foundation pits in accordance with divided zones,the forecast and control of the mutual impacts of the jointly-built foundation pits,the protective measures of the ambient environment of big and deep foundation pits,the emergency-response measures for track layout nodes,the calculation method for the settlement cou- pling design as well as project control measures,etc.By adopting reasonable engineering measures and technical counter-measures based on theoretical analyses,value calculations, engineering practices and site measurements, etc.,the above-mentioned problems have been successfully resolved.The successful practice of the joint development project for the development of Land No.55 in Luwan District of Shanghai in conjunction with the construction of metro stations and tunnels therein,the application of many new technologies thereto and the accumulation of documents for actually-measured data may offer useful insight for reference and information exchange for the vigorouslydeveloped comprehensive regional projects for urban underground -space development in conjunction with the rail transit construction on a soft-clay foundation.
