利用Lamb波金属薄板结构损伤识别试验研究

【摘要】 利用Lamb波在薄板结构中的传播特性,将粘贴在铝板表面的压电陶瓷片作为驱动器和传感器,在铝板结构中激发出Lamb波并实时接收响应信号,明确了薄板结构损伤检测的Lamb波的频率范围及损伤检测的原理。提出一种利用压电传感器信号到达时间延迟的阈值-椭圆损伤定位算法识别的新方法。通过人工模拟铝板中孔洞类缺陷的主动Lamb波损伤检测试验,结合损伤前后波形变化规律,提取损伤特征参数及损伤指标,验证所提出方法的有效性。理论分析和实验结果表明:Lamb波主动监测技术可以有效识别薄板结构的损伤,并进行损伤定位和等级评估,可以用于薄板金属结构的损伤识别和健康监测中。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a new method for damage detection of metal plate structure by actively using Lamb wave.The PZT patches are adhered on the surface of a aluminum plate structure to be used as actuators and sensors,Lamb waves are emitted and received by the PZT patches to detect damage in the structure,and the frequency range and the mechanism for the damage detection are clarified.A new method for damage location detemination using a threshold value relevant to signal time delay and elliptic lines is developed in the paper.By the experiment of artificial holes simulating the damage in the plate structure and actively Lamb wave detection,the prototype and damaged signals are compared and the parameters for the damage properties are used to set up an index for the damage detection.The results of theoretical analysis and experimental research show that Lamb wave based on PZT patches can be effectively used in the damage location and level detection for the metal plate structures,and be further used in structural health monitoring.
