【摘要】 研究目的:揭示农民土地权益保护的重要性。研究方法:逻辑演绎,实证分析。研究结果:中国经济发展进程中农民土地权益大量流失已是不争的事实,社会矛盾因此日益加剧。土地权益是农民根本利益之所在,农民土地权益问题能否解决好,直接事关我国农民以及农业、农村的生存与发展,因此有必要进行农地制度变革以保护农民合法的土地权益。研究结论:忽视农民权益的农地制度安排,是导致我国农民土地权益流失的最根本原因。维护农民合法土地权益是农地制度变革的出发点和落脚点。从重视农民土地权益保护的视角进行农地制度创新,这对中国经济社会的和谐、健康发展有着重要的现实意义,也是我国"三农"问题解决的关键所在。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study is to show the importance of protecting peasants’ land rights and interests. Methods of logical deduction and positive ananysis were employed. The results indicate that it’s an fact without dispute that peasants’ land rights and interests have lost a lot in the process of China’s economic development, under this condition social contradiction becomes more serious. Land rights and interests are the basic interests for peasants, whether the problems existing in peasants’ land rights and interests can be solved or not has great relation with the development of our countries, agriculture and peasants, therefore, in order to protect peasants’ land rights and interests, it’s necessary to reform the land system. Conclusions are that land system arrangments with the ignorance of peasnts’rights and interests is the basic reason for the losses of peasants’ land rights and interests. Protecting peasants’ legal rights and interests is the starting and ending point of land system reformation. Researching land system innovation from the view of peasants’ land rights and interests protection is meaningful to the harmony and health of our society, it’s also the key to solve the problems with ariculture, countryside, and peasants.更多还原
