基于脑肿瘤磁共振图像和波谱的web数据库的开发

【摘要】 随着磁共振波谱在脑肿瘤诊断方面研究的日益增多,迫切需要数据库系统来存储管理大量数据以供研究使用。本文采用MYSQL+Apache+PHP的B/S/S体系结构设计开发了一个基于脑肿瘤磁共振图像和波谱的web数据库系统,可快速高效地存储、查询管理大量的磁共振波谱数据,并提供大量磁共振图像的管理、显示、检索、下载和相应的图像处理功能。本研究为磁共振波谱在脑肿瘤进一步研究上奠定了基础,对远程医学资料共享和远程诊断具有实用价值。
【Abstract】 Due to the increasing application of Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy in brain tumor diagnosis,database system is needed to store and manage large amount of data for research purpose.In this paper,using B/S/S structure of MYSQL + Apache + PHP,we have designed and developed a web database system based on Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Spectroscopy of brain tumor.The system not only can save,search and manage large amount of Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy data quickly and effectively,but also provides functions for image data processing,such as displaying,searching and downloading,etc.This paper also discusses the importance of Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy on future research of brain tumor,and practical value of this web database system on remote medical information sharing and diagnosing.
