超声强化炼厂含水污油破乳脱水工业化应用

【摘要】 以含水量(体积分数)60%~70%的炼油厂含水污油为研究对象,进行25万吨/年规模的工业化实验,考察超声对污油中水滴粒径及污油物性如粘度、界面张力的影响,以及超声输出电压、污油流量对污油脱水的影响。结果表明:经过超声波处理后,污油中水粒子粒径有了明显增大,平均粒径增大155.36%~184.15%,污油粘度降低了20%~22%,油水界面张降低6.32%~12.89%;当双频超声输出电压为150/225V,污油流量为40t/h时污油含水率降至最低,为2.13%。

【Abstract】 An ultrasonic demulsication technology has been studied to intensity dewatering for the 60%~70% water-content waste oil in a refinery. On the basis of preliminary study, industrial experiment of the scale of 250000 tons/year was carried out. To investigate the effects of ultrasound on the waste oil in water particle average size and the properties of waste oil such as viscosity , oil-water interfacial tension .The effect of the ultrasonic parameters,such as ultrasonic output voltage ,velocity of waste oil ,on the demulsification of the waste oil were investigated. The results show that under ultrasonic irradiation, the water in the oil particle size was obviously increased, the average particle size increases 155.36% ~ 184.15%.The viscosity and oil-water interfacial tension was reduced by 20%~22% and 6.32%~12.89% after ultrasonic irradiation. when the dual-frequency ultrasonic output voltage of 150/225 v, velocity 40 t/h, and the moisture content of waste oil reduced to the minimum, 2.13%.
