采用位移叠加效应的SAW陀螺仪研究

【摘要】 本文研制了一种基于位移叠加效应的新型驻波模式声表面波(SAW)陀螺仪。该陀螺仪由两路振荡器构成,其中一路振荡器的反馈元为一个两端对谐振器,谐振器内形成稳定驻波而构成参考振动源,驻波反节点位置分布有金属点阵,由于旋转引起的哥氏(Coriolis)力作用于金属点阵,而激发垂直于驻波传播方向的二次SAW;另外一路振荡器则由一个延迟线构成反馈元,该延迟线传播声波与哥氏力引起的二次声波发生位移叠加,从而使得延迟线内声波速度发生变化而导致振荡器频率的相应改变,最后以两路振荡器进行差频输出来表征输入角速率和补偿环境温度影响。利用精确旋转台对所研制的80MHz新型SAW陀螺仪进行性能评价,该陀螺仪表现出高灵敏度以及良好的线性度性能。

【Abstract】 This paper developed a new SAW gyroscope based on standing wave mode,and it is consists of two oscillators,a two port SAW resonator was used as feedback of one oscillator,a metallic dot array was positioned onto the anti node location of standing wave formed by the resonator.Due to the rotation,the Coriolis force acts onto the metallic dot array and a secondary SAW perpendicular to the standing wave was induced,and interfering with the SAW propagating along the SAW delay line parallel to the SAW resonator through the displacement superposition effect.And the SAW delay line also acts as the feedback of another oscillator of the gyroscope.Due to the displacement superposition effect,the SAW velocity of the delay line was changed and resulting in deviation of the delay-line oscillator frequency.The mixed frequency of the resonator-oscillator and delay line-oscillator was used to evaluate the input rotation.Using the precise rate table,the fabricated SAW gyroscope with 80MHz frequency was characterized;high detection sensitivity and good linearity were observed in the experiments.
