一种超声空化场的数值模拟方法
A method for numerical simulation of ultrasonic fields in cavitating liquid

【摘要】 基于Commander和Prosperetti的理论,考虑大功率超声场中空化泡作用的阻尼效应,计算了一种常见槽体中的超声空化场。为了使计算更接近实际情况,模型的声源边界条件利用通用有限元软件得出。计算结果与铝箔腐蚀实验进行了比较,表明利用此方法计算得到的模拟超声空化场分布与铝箔腐蚀实验结果一致,这对于掌握不同超声场的声场特性和设计高效的超声液体处理设备均具有重要的指导意义。
【Abstract】 In this paper,ultrasonic field with cavitations in a common tank is simulated numerically based on Commander and Prosperetti theory which considers the damping effect of cavitation bubbles.In order to make simulation be more matter-of-fact,sound source’s boundary conditions of simulation model are derived by finite element software.Simulated results are verified experimentally by means of aluminum foil erosion.The result shows that and excellent correlation between simulated and experimental data is found.This has the important guiding significance for the grasp of different ultrasound field characteristic and the design of highly effective equipment of ultrasonic liquid processing.
