道路环境评价指标体系初探

【摘要】 本文通过分析道路在建设和运营阶段对环境影响,初步建立了道路环境评价指标体系,采用专家打分法和层次分析法对指标进行分析、筛选和优化。最终形成2大类(自然环境指标、社会环境指标)17个单项指标的道路环境评价指标体系。采用专家打分法、层次分析法和模糊综合评判法构建出道路环境评价的模型。并将此模型应用于对门头沟区道路环境评价,对门头沟区道路整体的环境状况进行了综合评价。结果表明,该指标和方法能较为准确地反映生态环境状况。本文对道路环境评价指标体系进行了理论与应用研究,所采用的方法和得出的结论可为道路环境评价提供参考。

【Abstract】 The paper analyzes ecological environmental influences of the construction and the operation on the road,and initially establishes the road environmental evaluation index system.By using the expert marking method and the AHP to carry on the analysis,screening, and optimization of the index,the road environmental evaluation index system is finally formed,which includes 2 broad headings(natural environmental target and social environmental target),and 17 single sub-targets.The road environmental evaluation index model is constructed by adopting the expert marking method,the AHP and the fuzzy comprehensive judgment.Applied to the empirical study on the road ecological environment in Mentougou District,this model carries out the holistic evaluation on the synthetic appraisal of the general road environmental conditions in Mentougou District.The results show that the index and the method can reflect the environment.The paper has carried on the theory and applied research to the environmental evaluation index system of road,and the method and conclusion may provide the reference for the road ecological environmental appraisal.
