【Abstract】 The paper first analyze current participation degree about peasant household participate in the Conversion of Cropland to Forestland Program(CCFP),and point out the participation level and depth should be promoted.The paper proposes a set of mechanism innovation system to drive the household participation,including the sustainable peasant household self-development mechanism,the participatory project implementation mechanism and the fair effective safeguard mechanism.Then put the emphasis on the last mechanism, the multi-kind of compensation mechanism,the safeguard mechanism on forestry property rights,the government purchase ecology forest mechanism,and so on.更多还原
