Influence of tetramethylpyrazine on the expression of tissuefactor induced by thrombin and its mechanism in vascularendothelial cells

【摘要】 <正>Tissue factor(TF) is an initiator in physiological hemostasis and pathological thrombosis.It is a membrane glycoprotein with 47 kD.It is not only the receptor of FVⅡbut also functions as a cofactor of FVⅡ/FVⅡa. After binding with FVⅡa,FVⅡa/TF activate FIX and FX,eventually leading to the onset of coagulation.
