移动床生物膜反应器在养殖废水处理中的性能研究

【摘要】 论文采用人工模拟配制C/N接近于0的养殖废水,对目前循环水养殖工程中的移动床生物膜反应器的工艺条件进行了研究。试验首先在不添加任何污泥接种的条件下对聚乙烯材质的填料成功自然挂膜,然后配制氨氮浓度为2mg/L左右的进水,研究了反应器在2min至16min的水力停留时间、以及1L/min至8L/min曝气量所对应的氨根离子、亚硝酸根、硝酸根的含量变化,试验认为移动床生物膜反应器的最佳工艺条件是6-8min的水力停留时间为,3L/min的曝气量,其对应的滤料氨氮去除率达到53%,氨氮去除负荷达到570g.m-3.d-1。在该条件下,反应器对实际养殖废水去除效果最佳,说明移动床生物膜反应器能够高效地处理养殖废水。
【Abstract】 Using artificial C / N close to 0 aquaculture wastewater,the process conditions of moving bed biofilm reactor in the recirculating aquaculture project were studied.without the addition of sludge,polyethylene filter getting natural biofilm.Preparation of ammonia concentration in water was 2mg / L or so,it was studied from 2min to 16min reactor hydraulic retention time,and the amount of aeration 1L/min to 8L/min corresponding ammonia ion,nitrite,nitrate content change.Then test that the moving bed biofilm reactor optimum conditions is 6min hydraulic retention time,3L/min of aeration,The corresponding filter ammonia removal rate reached 53%,ammonia nitrogen removal load reached 570g.m-3.d-1.Under these conditions,the reactor effluent removal of the actual aquaculture wastewater achieved the best,indicating a moving bed biofilm reactor capable of efficiently purifying aquaculture wastewater.
