氨氮胁迫对奥尼罗非鱼非特异性免疫的影响

【摘要】 为获知水体中不同的氨氮浓度在不同时间点对奥尼罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus×O.aureus)非特异性免疫的影响,实验研究了水体氨氮浓度为0、2.5、5、10和20mg/L(对应对照组、实验1、2、3和4组)分别在0、12、24、48和72h的胁迫对奥尼罗非鱼幼鱼(体质量:6.81±0.25g)血清中溶菌酶活力及肝脏内总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)活力的影响。结果表明:各处理组鱼血清内溶菌酶均显著下降(p﹤0.05),实验1和2组24h开始下降,实验3和4组12h开始下降,且随时间的延长进一步降低;各实验组12小时肝脏T-AOC均显著变化,24小时均达到最低水平;实验1、2和3组,鱼体肝脏内T-SOD活力在12h时均出现显著下降(p﹤0.05),实验4组鱼活力下降出现在24h,72h时各组鱼体肝脏内T-SOD显著高于氨氮处理前水平(p﹤0.05);实验1和2组,鱼体肝脏内CAT活力24h显著下降(p﹤0.05),之后一直维持在较低水平,3和4组12h显著上升(p﹤0.05),24h之后迅速降低并维持在较低水平;实验1、2和3组鱼体肝脏内GSH-px活力随时间的延长呈现明显的上升趋势,并分别24、48和72h达到最高,实验4组在24h出现峰值,之后逐渐下降,72h活力降至最低。
【Abstract】 The main indices of non-specific immunity of tilapia were measured after 0,12,24,48 and 72h of tilapia(6.81±0.25g)exposed respectively to 0,2.5,5,10 and 20mg/L NH3-N.The results indicated that NH3-N could markedly decreased the concentration of lysozyme in serum of tilapia(p<0.05),the decreased time were 12h in group 1 and 2,24h in group 3 and 4 after fish exposed to NH3-N and further reduced with time extending.The T-AOC in liver of each treatment group were significantly decreased after 12 h,and keep for some time(24 to 48 h),then recovery but were significantly lower than normal(p<0.05).Liver T-SOD activity of group 1,2 and 3 were decreased significantly(p<0.05) at 12h,it was decreased at 24h,but it was significantly higher than before NH3-N treatment in all group.Liver CAT activity in group 1 and 2 decreased significantly then remained at a low level.On contrary,it were increased significantly(p<0.05) at 12 h and then rapid decreased and maintain at a lower level in group 3 and 4.Liver GSH-PX activity of group 1,2 and 3 showing a clear upward trend,and 24,48,and 72 h reached the highest,respectively.In group 4,it peak at 24h,then decreased gradually.
