循环饥饿投喂模式对黄颡鱼生长的影响

【摘要】 实验选取规格一致,初始体重为2.08±0.04g的黄颡鱼,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾,分别在每周的开始饥饿处理0d(S0)、1d(S1)、2d(S2)、3d(S3)后,恢复投喂满一周,进行循环实验8周,共56天。实验期间各组均饱食投喂。结果显示:循环饥饿对黄颡鱼成活率没有显著影响(P>0.05);S1组黄颡鱼的增重率和特定生长率高于对照组,但与对照组没有显著差异(P>0.05),明显高于S2、S3组的水平(P<0.05);随着每周饥饿天数的增加,黄颡鱼的鱼体肥满度呈现下降趋势,但在S0和S1组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。黄颡鱼的摄食率逐渐提高(P<0.05);饲料效率各组间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究表明,每周饥饿处理1d组的黄颡鱼具有完全补偿生长效应;每周饥饿处理2d,3d组的黄颡鱼具有部分补偿生长效应。黄颡鱼的补偿生长是通过提高摄食率来实现的。

【Abstract】 The Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in the same batch were randomly allotted to four groups with triplicate of 20 fishes(average initial body weight: 2.08±0.04g,mean±S.D.).Feeding treatments consisted of the following four regimes of one week duration:satiate feeding S0,S1,S2&S3 experienced 0,1,2 and 3 days of starvation then feeding to apparent satiation for the remained days,8 weeks respectively,the feeding trial last for 56 days.During the experiment in each group were fed satiation.The results showed that cyclical starvation and refeeding had no significant effect on survival rate(P>0.05);weight gain(WG),specific growth rate(SGR) in S1 group were higher than the control group,but had no significant difference with it(P<0.05),but significantly higher than that in S2 and S3 groups(P<0.05);condition factor(CF) showed decreasing trend,but there were no significant difference among the S0 and S1 groups(P>0.05).The feeding rate(FR) were gradually increasing with the increasing starvation days of every week(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in feed efficiency of each of groups.The study has shown that the Pelteobagrus fulvidraco starved for one day per week showed complete compensatory growth,and it starved for two and three days per week showed partly compensatory growth.the compensatory growth in Pelteobagrus fulvidraco could be attributed to improved the feeding rate.
