不同饲料添加剂对日本囊对虾生长及非特异性免疫的影响

【摘要】 本研究在虾用配合饲料分别喷洒0.1%的维生素C、0.16%的低聚糖、6×105cfu/g的芽孢杆菌以及混合添加组剂,在泡沫箱中饲养日本囊对虾30天后,对日本囊对虾采样测量,计算增长率、增重率、特定生长率以及存活率。取肌肉及肝胰腺测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、酚氧化酶(PO)酶活力。结果表明:3种饲料添加剂对促进日本囊对虾生长及提高免疫保护均有良好的作用。
【Abstract】 In this study,penaeus japonicus were raised in foam boxes for 30 days.Four kinds of feed additives,which were 0.1% of Vc,0.16% of the oligosaccharides,6 × 105cfu / g of Bacillus and the mixture of the three were sprayed to the shrimp diet respectively.penaeus japonicus samples were collected to calculated the growth rate,weight gain,specific growth rate and survival rate.Muscle and hepatopancreas were also sampled to determined the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),acid phosphatase enzyme(ACP) and phenol oxidase(PO).The results showed that these three additives promoted the grow rate and improved the Non-specific Immunity.
